Idicha Beef

Idicha Beef

idicha Beef is a type of dish that can be stored for up to a week and used when needed. This recipe does not incorporate authenticity because the original beef is cooked and cooked after being dried for several days in hot sun. However, it's a bit tricky these days, so it gets in the simplest form of roasting the beef and then tearing it down and cooking it with spices to finish the recipe.

There are quite different ways of making idicha beef, so in this way we cook the whole process with coconut oil, next we will fry all the ingredients separately in coconut oil because it will enhance all the taste and flavor. If you are not happy with cooking with coconut oil, you can also use regular cooking oil.

While coconut oil is the main ingredient, good onions (small onions) play a very important role. We only use beef meat and we don't add bones to it. I added peanut in it for extra crunch, which also gives the dish a different taste, adding peanuts is completely optional.

This recipe is basically dry and can be used for steamed rice, porridge and Indian bread!
